Hi, I'm Nathalie, a Registered Massage Therapist and the founder of NUOVA.

In 2025, I graduated with Honours from the Accelerated Massage Therapy program at Trios College here in Ottawa. Over the course of my career, I have been discovering new modalities, meeting new people from all walks of life, and finding deep meaning and importance in the impact that massage therapy brings to people, but I knew I wanted more.

Going back and forth on the decision as to whether or not I wanted to start my own clinic, I finally decided to go forward with beginning my own practice in 2026, not only for myself but my clients. The name NUOVA means “new,” and it represents what I love about this profession: there is always something new to learn, explore, and bring into practice. New approaches, new modalities, new perspectives, and new knowledge, all centred around you.

​Throughout my career, Massage Therapy has taught me the importance of making time for yourself and listening to what your body needs. I believe that caring for yourself should be something you feel comfortable prioritizing, not something that gets pushed aside. I have a particular interest in upper-body concerns and continue to expand my education so I can bring new knowledge and approaches into my practice. I also have a genuine appreciation for working with younger clients and creating an environment where children and adolescents feel comfortable, listened to, and respected. I believe they deserve the same level of consideration and individualized care as any adult.​

Building NUOVA has also been a personal reminder to pursue the things that genuinely inspire me. As a young female entrepreneur, I hope that sharing my journey encourages other young women to believe in their ideas, take a chance on themselves, and create something they’re passionate about. At the heart of NUOVA is client-centred care. Every person is different, and I believe your treatment should reflect that. My hope is that when you walk through our doors, you feel welcomed, heard, and genuinely cared for, and that NUOVA becomes a space you look forward to returning to.
